All our personal development and leadership training is outsourced and conducted at remote off-site locations. These programs are custom developed for The Smart Cube with modules for different groups of staff. Unlike staid conference room sessions, this training is enormous fun where the trainee does not even realize that training is being imparted. All training off-sites are conducted in the Himalayas over 3-4 days.
