"Some of the best years of my life have been spent at TSC. What I have learnt here will stay with me forever.
Fauzia Mehdi, 2004-2007
"You will never feel a part of the crowd at TSC, where everyone is valued and is given fair amount of opportunity and guidance to shine and bring out his best. There is as much focus on work quality and client requirements as is appreciation of one's personal time and space! If that is not all, regular off-sites and adventure trips will make sure you are not weak hearted and are prepared to take the world head-on! I had the most rewarding time at TSC and I will always carry with me fondest memories of this place!"
Deepika Dudeja, 2004-2006
I was fresh out of college when I started working at TSC. more than anything else, the confidence in my capabilities and the recognition given to good work at TSC, motivated me to do "My very best". The way everybody encouraged me and guided me at every step (even after I left TSC) enabled me to learn a lot and take the right decisions.till today, even after changing jobs, when somebody asks me about TSC and the work we do.I invariably answer the question with a "We at TSC do." I think I will always belong here..
Pallavi Agarwal, 2004-2005
If you are looking for a place full of fun and challenges - your wish has manifested in the form of The Smart Cube . You can work here with some of the brightest minds, who go the extra mile to add that "extra" bit to their work. TSC offers an opportunity to work across sectors and clients, to learn and be creative. Finally, it is the place to get real time exposure to client businesses that are redefining the global marketplace.
Tina Arora, 2004-2007
The Smart Cube offers a potpourri of experiences - enormous opportunities for learning and advancement; a chance to experiment, fall, rise up; an atmosphere of continued positive energy; a chance to think independently yet work collectively; a possibility to build meaningful relationships with colleagues; and motivation to surpass one's abilities and expectations. It was an extremely memorable time...it was quintessentially TSC!
Shweta Bagai, 2005-2007
I have been Master of Ceremonies at a couple of Bollywood quizzes at The Smart Cube . I have also seen some of my colleagues take their baby-steps in white-board pictionary. I have personally administered some ruthless pranks on colleagues. As founder-member of the unofficial Bollywood Movie Club at the place, I can say that The Smart Cube is a very fun place to work in. But don't be fooled by that. It has a non-negotiable sense of unwavering client delight that can drive you nuts. All this makes for a heady concoction and a bad addiction.
Lalita Mahanti, 2004-2007
It has been a pleasure working at TSC. The importance given to quality of work is immense. The best part I found was the freedom one is given to express his/her thoughts and apply them in daily life. Definitely a place to learn, grow and enjoy at the same time. Respect for the individual as well as the team is what the company strives for.
Anuj Mathur, 2005-2006
TSC is an amazing place to grow as an analyst and as an individual. The problem-solving and teamwork skills I developed at TSC are extremely useful in my new job in Belgium.
Elise Balance, 2007
The Smart Cube is a place that gives you the leverage to grow. It gives you that wonderful feeling of responsibility early on in your career, which other companies do not. With TSC you explore and you grow. It has made me realize that hard work pays and giving your 150% is very fulfilling. TSC is special because it cares (as clichéd as that might sound.) It does not give up on you and by "it" I mean the people who are guiding you. I have made great friends at TSC and the people that I have gotten to know not only inspire me to excel but to also not stop dreaming about the immense possibility that life throws up.
Smita Dayal, 2005-2007
When I first came to interview with TSC, the office had 6 employees. When I left TSC, the firm had a swanky open-plan office, 50+ employees, and many clients. The two and a half year journey taught me to question and to read between the lines. It taught me the importance of detail and teamwork. It taught me how to be a professional. But most of all, what I will always remember TSC for is the camaraderie I shared with my co-workers and the deep-rooted friendships I built there.
