Counseling

Our counseling process is the bedrock of all talent engagement processes within The Smart Cube. Every individual who joins The Smart Cube is assigned a counselor who is like is mentor within the organization. A counselor is a sounding board, an advisor, a friend, an appraiser and even an advocate within the organization. The counselor provides effective support in helping take the right decisions within The Smart Cube and supports the analyst in his/her growth. The counselor sees what work is being done by the analyst, keeps an eye on the monthly performance and ensures that the work for the analyst is aligned with individual as well as organizational goals.

Training

Right from the day you join the organization, you are taken through intense training sessions that help orient you towards your roles and responsibilities, understand what it takes to be a successful analyst, familiarize you with various analytical models, learn the finer skills of communication, project management and work on real projects that test your aptitude and perseverance.

Everyone at The Smart Cube ends up spending about 10 days in training per year – almost twice the industry standard, because we believe that the right training is a strong catalyst in building a career.

Appraisal

In a typical year, you get exposure across multiple industries, corporate functions, clients and projects that truly test your capabilities and help you discover more of your intellect and skills. We have devised a unique competencies-based approach that objectively defines proficiency expected from an individual at a particular level and how it changes at the next level. This makes the appraisal and promotion process transparent and helps people truly understand what it takes to get to the next level.
