The Smart Cube is a place that gives you the leverage to grow. It gives you that wonderful feeling of responsibility early on in your career, which other companies do not. With TSC you explore and you grow. It has made me realize that hard work pays and giving your 150% is very fulfilling. TSC is special because it cares (as clichéd as that might sound.) It does not give up on you and by "it" I mean the people who are guiding you. I have made great friends at TSC and the people that I have gotten to know not only inspire me to excel but to also not stop dreaming about the immense possibility that life throws up.
