A leading gaming company retained The Smart Cube to identify and analyze its high value customer segment in specific regions within the EU

Context and Scope:

The Smart Cube's client wanted to understand the high spend segment of bettors and evaluate bettors' exposure to the services offered by the client. This was to be done by segmenting the customers and then identify drivers and barriers within each segment that could assist transition to a higher value segment.

TSC Approach:

TSC conducted the study in two phases. In phase 1, an online survey of the high value bettors segment was conducted where TSC was responsible for developing the research questionnaire, organizing an online survey with the help of an online panel and supervising/quality management of the data collection process. In Phase 2, the data collected was analyzed to build a thorough understanding of the structure, nature and behaviors of the high spend segment of sports bettors

Deliverable:

The insights from the segmentation were used to help bettors become better aware of the client and increase usage and adoption.
