Context and Scope: The client’s objective was to study the e-billing market as an alternative to transactional mailing in the US. The scope of the study was to provide an overview of the market trends, demographics, potential savings and associated regulatory constraints. TSC Approach: The entire 3 week project was divided into two phases.
