Our client’s objective was to understand the wind turbines services market in the US and Europe, list key OEMs and third party servicing firms and services provided by them including number of assets under management, geographies serviced, types of turbines serviced, brief history and revenues.

TSC Approach:

TSC conducted extensive secondary research on industry data, using US Government websites, industry reports from specialized databases that TSC subscribes to, industry news articles, and relevant company websites and press releases to map important wind energy generation locations in the US and Europe by region and generation capacity. The research also included competitive structure, growth drivers and industry structure to hone our understanding of the service providers and their offerings.

Deliverable:

The output to the client was a detailed report on the wind turbine service market including an overview of services offered, pricing and cost structure, location of existing turbines and profiles of third party service providers.
