The Smart Cube is proud to be certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ – for the sixth year running

14/02/2023

LONDON, 14 February 2023: The Smart Cube (a WNS company), a global provider of strategic research and analytics solutions, today announced it has been certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the sixth year running, by the Great Place To Work® Institute.

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture. Since 1992, they have surveyed more than 100 million employees worldwide and used those deep insights to define what makes a great workplace: trust. Their employee survey platform empowers leaders with the feedback, real-time reporting, and insights they need to make strategic people decisions.

Gautam Singh, Chief Executive and Founder, The Smart Cube, said: “2022 was another period of strong growth for our business. We spent much of the year adjusting to the ‘new normal’ for the world of work, and that includes ensuring our values-driven, employee-centric work culture remains at the heart of everything we do. We know that when we empower our people, they accomplish great things and deliver outstanding results for our clients. Congratulations to all our employees for their hard work that led to us receiving this prestigious award.”

Two-thirds of the total score was based on an anonymous employee survey that measured the underlying level of trust within The Smart Cube. This was evaluated using the Trust Index Model, comprising five parameters – the level of employees’ trust in the leadership team, employees’ pride in their work, their perception of credibility and respect for people they work with, the opportunities for growth, and the camaraderie. One-third was based on the Great Place To Work® Institute’s assessment of The Smart Cube’s policies and work done within the evaluation year.

The Smart Cube was acquired by WNS (Holdings) Limited (NYSE: WNS), a leading provider of global Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, in December 2022.
