Achieving procurement excellence with robust market intelligence

Posted by:

Market intelligence has a key role to play in elevating the procurement function out of the tactical and into the strategic. This is why the Hackett group identified it as one of the top analytics investments that procurement organisations plan to make by 2020. However, only a few businesses have a firm grasp on what they are looking for, how they are going to achieve it and the options available to them.

To help tackle this topic, we recently organised a webinar where procurement experts Phillip Duncan (Former-CPO Takeda Pharmaceutical) and Omer Abdullah discussed the following areas:

  • Benefits that a smart approach to market intelligence can bring
  • How to craft a market intelligence strategy that will deliver optimum results
  • How leading organisations use market intelligence to gain competitive advantage
