If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Submitting a Request

We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days. Should we require more time, we will notify you of the extension period and the reason for the extension in writing. In some situations, and subject to certain exemptions, we may decline a request to exercise the rights above, particularly if we are unable to validate your identity.

Virginia, Colorado and Connecticut residents have a right to appeal a decision we have made in connection with your verifiable consumer request.
