Ep 34 Risk In Procurement | An interview with Paul Coppens (Pt 3)

In the third of our five-part interview series with Paul Coppens, Omer and Paul discuss the hot topic of risk in procurement. Risk is of course not a new topic but its rise to prominence over the past year had led us to ask why companies have previously been hesitant to invest in mitigation historically.

Paul and Omer discuss how the perception of risk has changed and what parameters need to be in place to build a sustainable risk programme. In our remaining two video interviews, we will cover the topics of Supplier Enabled Innovation and Supplier Engagement. Stay tuned for part 4 later in May.
